Lauren comes from a family that sings and performs. From her grandfather who led the worship in church, to her mom who has performed in theater since she was a tender age of seven.
Lauren has had the pleasure of touring in New York and was honored to perform at Carnegie Hall as well as at St. Patricks. She recently placed as VOCALIST and ENTERTAINER of the Year for the NORTH AMERICAN COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION in Tennessee as well as Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year in the State of Florida, in multiple categories.
She also performed at the CMA FEST showcasing at two landmark venues, THE NASHVILLE PALACE & THE LISTENING ROOM and returned to play again at THE NASHVILLE PALACE, HARD ROCK NASHVILLE, TOOTSIE'S NASHVILLE, & JOHN A's. Lauren Elise will be returning to appear at the 2011 CMA Fest! She has also recently appeared on the PBR Built Ford Tough Invitiational.
She is at home on the stage and looks forward to a future of performing in a variety of venues including film, theater and live music performances. She is versatile in her music being able to sing theatrical, classical, country, soft rock, blues and gospel. She performs at churches, youth rally's, charitable events, fairs, political and business functions both regionally and locally. She has worked with such foundations as Starlight Foundation, Breast Cancer Awareness, Mended Hearts, Hope Therapy to name a few. Lauren Elise Music is now being heard on radio stations throughout the US and globally. Two of her self-written originals will soon be released! A complete all original cd will follow!
